The Culinary and Hospitality Capstone Program is a unique “earn-n-learn” real-life, real-time community program connecting aspiring chefs and entrepreneurs with restaurant industry professionals from the Colorado Springs community.
The Opus Culinary program is offered at the internship and apprenticeship level. An ‘earn and learn’ experience that is tailored to meet students where they are when they enter the program.
