Mr. Nichols is a 4th generation Colorado (Springs) native.  He attended the Fountain Valley School and received his BA from Williams College.   Mr. Nichols received his MBA from Northwestern University.. He spent 20 years at IBM, working in Sales and Marketing Management. Mr. Nichols was the CEO of  History Colorado during its $110 Million Museum buildout. He also served as a member of the Colorado State Historic Preservation Office from 2007-2016. Mr. Nichols is currently the Executive Director of The Joshua School with its 4 campuses for kids with autism.  He is married with 3 children and 6 grandkids.
