Opus Creative Industries, the workforce program of the Colorado Springs Community Cultural Collective, is where talent meets opportunity and creativity thrives.
After two years of working alongside the Pikes Peak Workforce Center, El Paso County and the Colorado Department of Labor, Opus has successfully incubated three creative workforce programs that are now evolving to the next iteration; A true Social Enterprise. Since 2023,Opus has afforded students successful on the job learning and job creation and placement
Our diverse programs cater to various creative industries, including culinary arts, media, theater technical design, and early childhood education enriched with music and dance. From the budding chefs and restaurant owners in our culinary and hospitality program to the exploration of art and music in our Simple Gift Schoolhouse playgroups, Opus nurtures the seeds of creativity across Colorado Springs.

89% placement and retention for Opus Culinary students since 2023 Industry partners from the Broadmoor to Flying Horse now employ Opus graduates
Creative Technologies students have created over 40+ video projects for professional partners since June 2024. Emphasis on immediate application of newly learned skills affords students a level of accountability relevant to success into the future!
