The Opus Creative Industries, Creative Technology Workforce Program is a real-time, earn-and-learn, unique job training program that provides education and accountability. Program participants train at Opus to develop and learn specific film and video production skills.

A unique combination of classroom time with expert educators, industry partners = interface and experience as well as portfolio building. The programming is made possible in partnership with Pikes Peak Workforce Center through an Innovation Grant with the Colorado Department of Labor.
Creative Workforce Programming, brings community to a space of passion and purpose that will ultimately lead to prosperity. CSCCC is committed to affording access for all citizens to a culturally rich landscape that includes creativity in all its manifestations. Opus does this through experiences that lead to job creation and life fulfillment for all who participate as well as the greater human community.
Participants become Adobe Certified Professionals in: Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator

Opus workforce program applications are open to those who are 18+, early professionals, adults returning to the field or switching careers in need of industry experience and mentorship. We are looking for individuals with passion, drive and some background in film editing and video production.
We’re always accepting applications. Our next cohort is slated to begin early 2025.
Participants are expected to be available 40 hours a week during a 6 month intensive. Participants are paid $17/hour.
Opus Creative Industries will work tirelessly to help graduates of the program in job placement through our network of industry professionals. Program participants will receive the industry-recognized Adobe Certified Professional credential.
Students are expected to have a basic understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and an understanding of camera equipment, lighting setups and audio recording technology.
